SME/Site Lead-Cybersecurity Operations

Full Time Lackland AFB, TX

TS/SCI Clearance

Job Description:

Responsibilities

The SME/SL-CO will be the on-site manager for security operations including, but not limited to, staffing, personnel onboarding, training, and development. The SME/SL-CO's full time duty location will be onsite at Lackland AFB, TX but travel may be required to countries within the CENTCOM Area of Operations.

Job duties:

• Function as a subject matter expert regarding analytical tools as well as analytical and operational processes and procedures
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to SME/Shift Lead and Network Defense Analyst and Analysis team.
• Participate in strategic meetings, technical exchanges, troubleshooting sessions and other events as necessary with the Shaw AFB Cybersecurity team
• Review and approve job aids, SOP's, checklists, training materials, processes, and other technical documentation.
• Ensure quality control through the holistic review of analyst work

Qualifications

• M.S. in related field and 7 or more years' relevant experience(preferred); OR 10 or more years of relevant IT experience.
• Network+ or CCNA; CISSP, CEH, and ITIL Foundations required.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance required.
