High-Level Cybersecurity & IT Specialist Job at Blue Light It LLC in Boca Raton

Are you a tech professional with top-tier skills in cybersecurity and IT services? We’re looking for someone who’s driven, resourceful, and ready to take on a pivotal role in helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2 years working experience at an MSP/MSSP.
• At least 3 years of working experience in both cybersecurity AND IT services.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills; You thrive on solving problems quickly and effectively.
• Strong knowledge of MS365 management and security.
• Familiarity with CIPP.App (CyberDrain Improved Partner Portal).
• Good understanding of compliance standards like HIPAA, CMMC, and similar regulatory requirements.
• Solid working knowledge of NIST and CIS frameworks.
• Proven experience with incident response; You know how to act swiftly and decisively.
• Familiarity with self-hosted GitLab; You understand its setup and maintenance.
• A true team player who collaborates well with others and values shared success.
• A self-starter who operates at an "A-player" level, taking initiative without needing direction.
• Legal to work in the USA.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide remote support to our clients, with occasional on-site visits as needed.
• Help businesses stay secure, compliant, and fully operational.
• Work closely with a group of dedicated professionals to deliver outstanding results.
• Assist others on the team with escalations.
• Manage the development environment of our software team.
• Work from our office in Boca Raton, FL.
