We are offering an exciting employment opportunity for a Guest Services Coordinator in the hospitality industry, based on the famous Las Vegas STRIP. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating sales and marketing operations, and assisting guests with their vacation plans.


Responsibilities:


  • Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external guests.
  • Take inventory and stock kitchen supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and stocking of café and refreshment areas.
  • Coordinate sales front desk operations, including tracking daily attendance and training.
  • Manage check-in procedures for guests attending sales presentations and assign appropriate team members.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the correct employees.
  • Assist guests with vacation plans, including show and dinner reservations.
  • Coordinate the issuance of premiums for all departments and carry out nightly reconciliations.
  • Handle Taxi/Uber/Parking reimbursements for both internal and external guests.
  • Work with the Transportation Team to coordinate pick-up/drop-off services for guests and collateral across multiple locations.

  • Proficiency in basic office skills, including filing, scheduling, and managing correspondence.
  • Ability to assist guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Capability to direct guests to appropriate departments or personnel, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Experience with direct-to-guest services, demonstrating an understanding of the importance of personalized service in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in handling hotel reservations, including managing booking systems, adjusting reservations as necessary, and handling any related guest inquiries.
