Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by connecting them with the right people in the right places.
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities, and to facilitate the organization's goals by understanding business vision, objectives, and key performance indicators.
Planning and executing sprints and versions while leading the scrum ceremonies.
Responsible for coaching and managing the team to fill gaps, determining the need for training, and providing continuous feedback daily.
Providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams during various activities, such as planning, dailies, demos, and pull request reviews.
Encouraging the team to complete peer reviews through simulations and examples.
Be accountable for deliverables of new product versions, negotiating deadlines, communicating, and meeting the new version requirements; while achieving the best quality possible to help the team deliver 1 new version in production every 15 days.
Build, communicate and maintain roles and responsibilities for the team.
Execute performance reviews with every member of the team as part of the company cycle and provide clear and constructive feedback; As a leader, you will help motivate the team members to achieve their best while encouraging further skill development.
Cross-collaboration with various teams; ensure product and design teams prepare new material for the technology team to work on and ensure the integration/support team receives continued support throughout new releases.
Attend or ensure technical team representation on client/partner meetings when requested by operations, sales, and integration.
Be accountable for teams' execution of version creation, merges, and deployments.
Complete root-cause analysis to determine underlying causes and participates in problem resolution for complex issues at all levels.
Recommends business priorities and advises on resource requirements.
Analyze current processes, determine bottlenecks, and actively contribute to continuous process improvement.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.
  • Deep expertise in the scrum methodology.
  • Experience with leading scrum teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, creative, and innovative thinking that can be applied to resolve complex business and technical challenges.
  • Experience in developing and tracking metrics and using them to make data-driven decisions.
  • Deep knowledge with SDLC tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Teams).
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, frameworks, and technologies.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-past, changing work environment.
