Works with leadership to manage all activities related to receiving, storing, inventorying and the distribution of goods required by operating departments. Manage the physical Receiving process for all deliveries made which will include the unloading of trucks and trailers which come on-site. This includes physical inspection of receipts to ensure specification maintenance.

Where You'll Make an Impact
- Assist and provide oversite of the stocking of goods within designated locations. Liaison with Inventory Control personnel regarding electronic receipts.
- Coordinate the delivery of all stock items (as well as direct receipts) from various warehouse locations to the Casino floor based on transfer requests received.
- Identify, quantify, research and resolve inventory issues as they arise, and communicate the results of such.
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts for bin locations.
- Maintain the Inventory system based on all movement into/out of warehouse locations.
- Place orders on a regular basis based on par levels established within the inventory system.
- Manage staff of receiving/warehouse attendants.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid license as determined by the State Gaming Agency for the position.
- Other duties as assigned
- Five years' experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse techniques, supervising people and processes.
- Two-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to input data on computer to create a daily inventory report, routine administrative paperwork.
- Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures.
- Analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.
- Ability to read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers.
- Knowledge of postal or commercial shipping methods and procedures.
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.
- Knowledge of Alcohol Beverage Control laws for local area.
- Knowledge of Health regulations, applicable OSHA regulations and Gaming regulations.
- Ability to lead, guide, and train employees performing related work.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid license as determined by the State Gaming Control Agency.
- Experience with an AS400 / Stratton-Warren inventory environment beneficial.
