Position Overview:

• Location: Schools in Southwest Philadelphia
• Employment Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Pay Structure: Hourly pay for both direct and indirect services; guaranteed weekly pay
• Benefits: prehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and munication disorders in students
• Develop individualized treatment plans and IEPs to support students' unique needs
• Provide direct therapy sessions, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster a supportive learning environment

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is a plus
• Valid Pennsylvania state licensure or eligibility
• Experience in a school setting is advantageous
