We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our team based in Portage, Wisconsin.. As an Office Assistant, you will be tasked with managing inquiries, data entry, and ensuring documents are well-organized. Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Manage receptionist duties, including greeting and directing visitors
• Accurately input data into our systems and maintain up-to-date customer records
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suites to perform job functions
• File paperwork and organize documents to ensure easy access and retrieval
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
• Maintain a multi-line phone system, ensuring efficient communication within and outside the company
• Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
• Proficiency in receptionist duties, including greeting guests and setting appointments.• Experience in answering inbound calls in a detail oriented and courteous manner.
• Ability to handle inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses.
• Familiarity with managing a multi-line phone system, ensuring efficient communication flow.
• Strong data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and speed.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience in paper filing, maintaining a well-organized and up-to-date filing system.
