We have an opening for an Office Assistant who can answer yes to these questions. Office Assistant Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties
- Confirm and update caregiver availability including vacation, sick time, and holidays
- Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients
- Follow up with new caregiver hires to explain the scheduling process
- Establish a great rapport with caregivers and clients
- Assist with caregiver recruiting
- Reaching out to new applicants
- Scheduling interviews
- Assist with new hire orientations
- Assist management as needed
Office Assistant Requirements:
- Experience One year experience working with seniors is REQUIRED in a professional setting!!
- Education High school diploma
- Skills Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills and working with seniros as a CNA or Caregiver professionally!!!
- Characteristics This is an autonomous position, so were looking for individuals that are self-motivated , time management, able to work in high stress situations and a team player!
