We have an opening for an Office Assistant who can answer yes to these questions. Office Assistant Primary Responsibilities:



  • Assist with scheduling caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties

  • Confirm and update caregiver availability including vacation, sick time, and holidays

  • Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients

  • Follow up with new caregiver hires to explain the scheduling process

  • Establish a great rapport with caregivers and clients

  • Assist with caregiver recruiting

  • Reaching out to new applicants

  • Scheduling interviews

  • Assist with new hire orientations

  • Assist management as needed


Office Assistant Requirements:



  • Experience One year experience working with seniors is REQUIRED in a professional setting!!

  • Education High school diploma

  • Skills Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills and working with seniros as a CNA or Caregiver professionally!!!

  • Characteristics This is an autonomous position, so were looking for individuals that are self-motivated , time management, able to work in high stress situations and a team player!
