Office Assistant
Shift/Hours: Full time Monday - Friday; 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $15.00 to $17.00/hr.
Location: Fort Myers, FL
PrideStaff is seeking a highly organized individual to take on responsibilities as an Office Assistant for a local client of ours.
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and providing administrative support through a variety of tasks including faxing, filing, scanning, creating spreadsheets and tracking information using excel.
Office Assistant Requirements:
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience working in Office Administration or a similar role.
- Must be able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual in speaking fluent Spanish a plus.
