Job Summary
Performs varied secretarial and administrative duties for a commercial door service company as directed by Office Manager, Operations Manager, and Owners.
Job Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma Experience: 1-2 years of related experience
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, Service orientation, Administration, Clerical
General Responsibilities
Customer Service/Communications
- Answer phones and handle accordingly
- Call to schedule installs with customers
- Monitor and manage shared inboxes
- Respond to documentation requests (i.e. W-9s, COIs, etc.)
- Handle customer issues and escalate as necessary
- Follow-up with customers after completion
Service Intake and Documentation
- Accept new calls
- Create service tickets and print/compile other necessary documents
- Input customers and new estimates into QuickBooks
- Ensure call is properly input into process
- Dispatch new calls to Service Techs
- Prepare/organize documents for following day
Other Responsibilities
- Collections
- Filing
- Light office cleaning and organization
- Minor personal assistant duties
- Other duties as assigned
