Overview

Provide administrative support to the Medina Township Board of Trustees, Fiscal Officer, Zoning Inspector and Townhall Secretary

General Office Duties

  • Filing and assistance with records retention
  • Preparing notifications, agendas and documents for meetings
  • Mail processing
  • Phone support

Public Records/Files

  • Assist in providing/reviewing/redacting documentation
  • Maintain neat and orderly filing system

Inventory

  • Maintain departmental inventory report
  • Maintain cemetery documentation

Skills

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and Professional
