Assistant Office Manager
We are currently looking for a driven and team-oriented assistant office manager to assist in overseeing all administrative operations in our office. You will take charge of all admin responsibilities for both front and back-office employees. As a company we pride ourselves on offering the best service consistently, efficiently, and with care. Core Expectancies:
- Assist in responding to clinical and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in creating and implementing an effective office budget.
- Assist in hiring, supervising, and training new office employees.
- Assist in guaranteeing office productivity, developing, and managing all internal office procedures and practices.
- Assist in maintaining the clinic's cash control, staff schedules, general ledger, and billing system.
- Assist in delivering direct individual and team leadership to ensure all office employees produce outstanding client service.
- Assist in coordinating the day-to-day execution of office practices that increase productivity and efficiency.
- Should have exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
- Must be friendly, professional, and highly organized.
- Solid understanding of dental billing and insurance procedures.
- A high school diploma or relevant certification is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of dental administration/assistant experience. (Preferred)
- Prior experience in dental assisting (Preferred)
