Restaurant Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:

3-5+ years of Management experience in fast-paced / fast casual restaurants
Supervise ALL restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments
Enforce high-quality standards and daily quality control for exceptional food
Control food and labor costs to meet financial objectives
Manage schedules, ordering, inventory, and maintenance tasks
Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws and company policies
Serve Safe certified (required)
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
