Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager will be expected to lead their team of managers by assuring that they are motivating the team to work hard, be enthusiastic and to be excited about the restaurant industry. The Restaurant General Manager must be able to mentor and develop other managers, as well as supervise and motivate the staff. The Restaurant General Manager must always act as a positive role model and will be responsible for managing the restaurant's financials, inventory control and showing positive guest counts. Our Restaurant General Manager must demonstrate skill and care when selecting, scheduling, coaching, developing, mentoring, managing and leading their team in accordance with our company standards.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 to 5 years as a manager (Restaurant General Manager experience preferred) in a full service restaurant is required

· The Restaurant General Manager must possess strong leadership skills

· A solid track record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career tracking is necessary for the Restaurant General Manager

· The Restaurant General Manager should be able to work ten hour-plus shifts, with extensive standing/walking

· Strong understanding of restaurant financials are required for the Restaurant General Manager
