Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop, lead, train and manage a team to excellence
• Ensure the location is operating to the highest level of safety protocols
• Oversee financials, costs and drive revenue
• Uphold the integrity of brand standards
• Create a positive and guest-focused environment

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a full service or fast-casual Restaurant GM role. 5+ years of restaurant experience overall
• Tech-savvy must be comfortable with third party tech platforms
• Must have excellent tenure and clear career progression
• Passionate about food and experience with scratch kitchen concepts ideal
• Ability to combine compassionate leadership with running efficient operations
