Restaurant General Manager Job at LHH Recruitment Solutions in Pataskala

LHH is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our client’s team in Pataskala, OH. This role offers a unique opportunity to run a restaurant location, oversee a staff of up to 50 employees, and own equity in this location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, a proven track record in casual dining management, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of up to 50 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will have assistant managers and leads to help as well.

• Manage budgets, financial reports, and inventory to ensure profitability and cost control.

• Maintain a strong focus on customer service, addressing any issues promptly and effectively to ensure a positive dining experience.

• Implement and maintain operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of managerial experience in a casual dining environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Comfortable reaching out to local community to help continue to market
