Peerless Hospitality Concepts, a family-owned restaurant group with a rich history in Tennessee dating back to 1938, is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our unique-concept, full-service, casual dining restaurant and bar, BURG'r & BARREL in a historic Johnson City location. An additional full-service restaurant is slated to re-open by 2026 after renovations.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional dining experiences while fostering a positive and high-performing team culture. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in full-service restaurant management to contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily full-service restaurant and bar operations
Inspire and lead the team to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction
Manage food and beverage inventory, labor costs, and financial performance
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing restaurant team
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and the local community
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant management
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to drive sales and profitability
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to guest satisfaction
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends - off major holidays
