Ideal Roofing and Solar is hiring: Roofing Production Assistant in Wheat Ridge

Ideal Roofing and Solar is looking for a production assistant to work with our team and assist in completing our roofing, siding, window and paint projects. This position provides a monitored company vehicle, gas card for the vehicle, and tools to perform the job. This position is an Employee position and NOT a 1099/sub-contractor position.

Tasks to be performed for this position are as follows:

• Assist production managers with picking up materials from suppliers and delivering them to job sites
• Performing clean ups at job sites after projects are completed
• Coordinating with our office manager to schedule and set ladders for city inspections. Picking up ladders from these inspections once they're completed.
• Driving to and from projects, daily
• Inputting notes in our CRM software to help manage and communicate our clients
• Stay at job sites and ensure project scopes are followed by our crew
• Take photos of projects as they are ongoing to provide documentation for production management and billing purposes
• Occasionally collect payments from homeowners

This position is for someone who is task-oriented, communicate well with teammates, wants to learn and grow in project management and is looking to work hard for 9 out of 12 months of the year while still being paid full-time in the winter. We are typically very light in the winter season and provide 20-days off from Dec. 15th to March 15th. This position may require longer hours in the spring/summer/fall and will vary week to week. End of year bonuses are based on annual performance and project ratings.

The position also comes with plenty of room to grow into one of our production managers and supervisors as you gain skills and experience and earn your way up the ranks. Potential advancement within 6 to 18 months.
