Production Associate Job at Randstad USA in Minneapolis

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for manual passivation, a post-fabrication process performed on stainless steel after welding, grinding, cutting, and other machining operations. You will apply finishing touches to the metal by placing it in various solutions. While prior experience in passivation is not required, you should be open to learning this process.

Shifts: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
(Must be able to train on 1st Shift until trained enough to be moved to 2nd Shift)

Experience Required:

• Must have some sort of production experience.
• Must be able to read work instructions.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to distinguish between different colors.
• Must have experience with measuring devices.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production environment is essential.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ability to differentiate colors.
• Experience using measuring devices such as calipers or rulers.
