Independent, family-owned BBQ restaurant seeks motivated, responsible individuals to join our staff/family in a variety of roles.   Located in the Love Field area of Dallas, we have been in business for almost 50 years.   We offer competitive hourly pay plus bonus.   

Job Summary

• Fills orders, upsells, check on guests and front of the house, and helps ensures our food, service and FOH meets our high standards.  Assists in opening or closing duties as needed.   Become a part our work family and gets to know our loyal customers while making sure our new guests have an outstanding experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Rings up guests, manages cash drawer, while interacting with guests.  
• Speaks with patrons to ensure satisfaction with food and service, or to respond to questions and complaints.
• Answers telephone calls and responds to inquiries or transfers calls.
• Maintains contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly and customers' concerns are addressed.
• Inspects dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
• Informs patrons of establishment specialties and features.
• Inspects restrooms for cleanliness and availability of supplies and cleans restrooms when necessary.
• Assist with deliveries & backs up staff as needed.

Job Qualifications

• Restaurant or related experience.
• Valid TX driver’s license.
