About the Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Contract Independent Recruiter to join our confidential team. This remote position focuses on handling overflow leads and placing top-tier talent in commercial real estate (CRE) and adjacent markets such as private equity, capital markets, construction, multifamily, and other aligned industries. Working under our established brand, you will have access to high-quality searches and benefit from a generous commission split. This role is ideal for professionals with a 360 recruiting background or exceptional KPI performance in specialized recruiting who can manage multiple requisitions independently while representing a premium brand Requirements: Responsibilities: *Handle overflow leads provided by the company, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. *Perform full-cycle recruiting across CRE and adjacent markets, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates. *Represent the company brand professionally while working as an independent contractor. *Develop sourcing strategies tailored to niche roles and industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring clients. *Effectively manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. *Leverage industry insights to proactively identify and engage top talent. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s applicant *Proven experience in 360 recruiting, with a focus on CRE or adjacent markets (private equity, capital markets, construction, or multifamily). *Strong track record of exceeding KPIs such as placement volume, offer acceptance rates, or time-to-fill metrics. *Ability to work independently while aligning with company guidelines and brand expectations. *Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. *High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. *Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Preferred Qualifications: *Experience recruiting for leadership and executive roles. *Established network within CRE or related industries. *Knowledge of market trends and hiring practices in specialized sectors.
