Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Remote
9 Month Assignment
Pay Rate: $30/hr.
On behalf of our client one of the largest ridesharing company's, we are seeking a highly organized, efficient, and energetic Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. This position plays a vital role in supporting recruiting efforts by ensuring seamless and efficient coordination of high-volume and fast-paced interview activities. As the first point of contact for candidates, you will create a positive and inclusive interview experience while working closely with recruiters, hiring teams, and interviewers.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring interviews are scheduled accurately and promptly.
• Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with data cleanup, adhering to established processes and timelines.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and team members, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Collaborate with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to enhance processes and programs, fostering innovation in talent acquisition.
• Coordinate candidate travel and manage expense processing, if applicable.
• ct as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process, monitoring their experience to ensure it meets high standards.
• Support interviewer training by coordinating live shadowing sessions for trainees.
• Build diverse and inclusive interview panels to align with organizational values and priorities.
Education and Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple responsibilities, preferably within HR, People Operations, or Recruiting.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
• minimum of 1 year of client or customer service experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, GoodTime, and Slack is a plus.
