About the position

The Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Finance & Accounting is responsible for developing and expanding a client base, recruiting finance and accounting professionals for full-time positions, and delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates. This role involves utilizing various communication methods to introduce services, providing career guidance, and participating in industry associations to enhance the company's presence in the finance and accounting community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities.
  • Introduce services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings with clients.
  • Recruit, evaluate, and place finance and accounting professionals in full-time positions.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates.
  • Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.
  • Participate in industry trade associations to increase company presence.

Requirements

  • A business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting.
  • 2+ years of experience in public/industry accounting/finance and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience.
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting or finance/accounting roles.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
  • Ability to leverage finance and accounting experience to manage and grow the business.

Nice-to-haves

  • CPA and/or MBA is a plus.
