We are expanding and hiring a Recruiting Partner to join our team! Founded in 2023, we are a boutique recruitment firm based in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a small agency, we pride ourselves on our personalized approach, fostering long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced full-desk recruiter. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process from client acquisition to candidate placement. As the Recruiting Partner, you will also be involved in the strategy planning and operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Please note that this position is commission and profit sharing only, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance. This position is a fully remote role where you can work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and manage client expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed candidate profiles and recommendations.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's CRM system.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on activity and results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional network and promote company services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a full-desk recruiter or similar role in a recruitment agency.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, including ATS and CRM systems.
