Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract, and evaluate potential candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify current staffing needs.
- Conduct interviews, coordinator and schedule interviews, screen resumes, and more.
- Updates and maintain records and files in accordance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 7 – 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Staffing, or similar field required.
- Experience using NEOGOV ATS or similar database systems
- SHRM-CP or PHR Certification preferred.
- Associates/ degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited institution is preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Must be able to pay off any outstanding toll balance

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
