Position: Recruiting Coordinator
Compensation: Hourly rate - BOE
Location: Elkhart, IN
Responsibilities: As a Recruiting Coordinator, your primary responsibilities are to support Branch Operations staff with administrative tasks. You will play a crucial role in the hiring process, acting as the bridge between candidates and recruiters and contributing to the efficient recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  1. Greeting Candidates:
    1. Managing front desk and walk in traffic.
    2. Answering questions and handling incoming calls.
  2. Screening and Selection:
    1. Reviewing resumes and job applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
    2. Scheduling interviews and creating a list of potential hires.
  3. Onboarding Support:
    1. Assisting new hires through the company’s onboarding process.
    2. Ensuring a smooth transition for employees joining the organization.

  9. Technology Proficiency:
    1. Applicant Tracking Systems (Avionte) familiarity
    2. Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter) familiarity
    3. Experience with Google, Microsoft Office
  10. Experience: Previous customer service or office administration preferred.
  11. Certifications: None required.
  12. Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required.
