Meta Recruiting Lead - San Francisco, California
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Recruiting Lead. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing candidates through the interview and hiring process and have the unique opportunity to lead a team of talented recruiting professionals at Meta. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent while demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to guide and mentor our recruiting team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies to bring the best talent to each role.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches.
- Coordinate closely with recruiting team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals.
- Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives with client groups and recruiting teams to continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations.
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams).
- Drive the offer process, including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
- Actively engage in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies, demonstrating data integrity and understanding data to influence hiring decisions.
- Onboard and train recruiters/sourcers.
- Ensure recruiters and/or sourcers are managing to appropriate milestones and metrics.
- Set clear expectations, deliver feedback, and manage performance outcomes within the team.
- Drive diversity recruiting strategy and impact results in support of broader teams.
- Responsible for team goals and delivery to meet both short-term and long-term objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of recruiting experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team.
- 4+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers.
- Recruiting experience must include:
- Sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates.
- Candidate care and balancing process with candidate experience.
- Recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management and reporting techniques, and software collaboration tools.
- Creating and fostering partnerships with internal leadership and executive teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hiring talent within Engineering and/or Tech XFN functions, including Software Engineering and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI) related roles (IC or leadership).
Public Compensation:
$141,000/year to $206,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
