Account Recruiting Manager
Location: Eagan, MN (onsite)
Base + Commission + Bonus
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Account Recruiting Manager to join our team in Eagan, MN. This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiter looking to take the next step into account management while maintaining a hybrid focus on recruiting. You will manage one or more large client accounts under a MSP/VMS model, while also contributing directly to recruitment efforts. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, a knack for technology, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, metrics-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client & Account Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and one or more large clients under a MSP/VMS model.
- Extract requirements from the VMS and accurately input them into the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and client contacts.
- Ensure timely submission of qualified resumes and profiles through the VMS tools.
2. Recruitment Oversight:
- Collaborate with and lead a recruiting team to deliver on client requirements.
- Take an active role in sourcing and recruiting for high-priority or complex roles.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate onboarding.
3. Tools & Technology:
- Leverage Bullhorn CRM, VMS platforms, and AI-driven talent acquisition tools to streamline operations.
- Continuously adapt to new technologies and tools to optimize efficiency.
4. Metrics-Driven Performance:
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly metrics and quotas for recruitment and account management.
- Ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for client needs.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to MSP/VMS environments.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and deliver qualified candidates under tight deadlines.
- Strong familiarity with ATS/CRM systems like Bullhorn and AI tools for recruitment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to work 40-55 hours per week as needed to meet goals.
Compensation:
This is a sales-oriented role with a competitive base salary, commission, and bonus structure tied to individual and team performance.

- Location: Onsite in Eagan, MN.
- Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility required for a workload of 40-55 hours per week.
