Account Recruiting Manager
Location:  Eagan, MN (onsite)
Base + Commission + Bonus


 

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Account Recruiting Manager to join our team in Eagan, MN. This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiter looking to take the next step into account management while maintaining a hybrid focus on recruiting. You will manage one or more large client accounts under a MSP/VMS model, while also contributing directly to recruitment efforts. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, a knack for technology, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, metrics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client & Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and one or more large clients under a MSP/VMS model.
  • Extract requirements from the VMS and accurately input them into the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and client contacts.
  • Ensure timely submission of qualified resumes and profiles through the VMS tools.

2. Recruitment Oversight:

  • Collaborate with and lead a recruiting team to deliver on client requirements.
  • Take an active role in sourcing and recruiting for high-priority or complex roles.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate onboarding.

3. Tools & Technology:

  • Leverage Bullhorn CRM, VMS platforms, and AI-driven talent acquisition tools to streamline operations.
  • Continuously adapt to new technologies and tools to optimize efficiency.

4. Metrics-Driven Performance:

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly metrics and quotas for recruitment and account management.
  • Ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for client needs.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to MSP/VMS environments.
  • Proven ability to source, screen, and deliver qualified candidates under tight deadlines.
  • Strong familiarity with ATS/CRM systems like Bullhorn and AI tools for recruitment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  • Flexibility to work 40-55 hours per week as needed to meet goals.

Compensation:
This is a sales-oriented role with a competitive base salary, commission, and bonus structure tied to individual and team performance.

  • Location: Onsite in Eagan, MN.
  • Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility required for a workload of 40-55 hours per week.
