Job Description: The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for recruiting, qualifying, and credentialing clinical staff. This individual supports staffing and credentialing and is a vital part of the growth initiatives of Express Healthcare. 

Job Duties:

• Actively recruit and qualify clinical staff for open positions, ensuring they meet the necessary standards and requirements.
• Ensure that all clinical staff are properly credentialed according to Joint Commission standards.
• Post job openings on various job boards and come up with creative strategies to attract potential candidates.
• Work closely with team members to ensure that positions are filled promptly and efficiently.
• Manage new hire paperwork, including adding new hires into the system and handling changes to forms like W4 and Direct Deposit.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the staffing industry, market trends, and relevant labor laws.
• Assist in updating and maintaining expiring documents for associates, supporting the Credentialing Specialist/Manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer application.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Salary:

• $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience + bonus opportunities
