Attorney Recruiting Specialist

For the Boston, DC or Houston Office of an International Law Firm

This is a filled position.

Responsibilities include:

1. Serve as the primary recruiting contact for your office;
2. Oversee local attorney onboarding and oversee the local summer program;
3. Work closely with the Sr. Manager of US Lateral Associate Recruiting to help manage Business Unit lateral recruiting;
4. Work closely with the Sr. Manager of US Law School Relations & Diversity Recruiting to help manage entry-level recruiting;
5. Develop a deep understanding of the firm and its practice groups, and the traits and credentials that make for a successful attorney at the firm.

Qualifications include:

1. 5+ years of experience in recruiting in a law firm or professional services environment; prior legal recruiting experience with entry-level, lateral associate, and/or clerkship recruiting is strongly preferred;
2. Experience with Zoom, Flo Recruit, Symplicity, 12twenty, and applicant tracking systems, such as iCIMS or LawCruit preferred;
3. Extraordinary verbal and written communications and presentation skills;
4. Demonstrated organization and team-management skills;
5. Ability to be innovative and operate in an enthusiastic manner with a broad range of professionals; demonstrated experience working both independently and harmoniously on team and in other organizational contexts/levels;
6. Adept at handling concurrent projects and effectively prioritizing tasks in a high-volume, dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
