- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels and platforms to identify potential candidates for open positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and talent landscapes to contribute valuable insights to the recruitment strategy.
- Resume Review and Screening: Assist in reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments to identify suitable candidates for further consideration.
- Candidate Outreach: Engage with potential candidates through email, social media, and other communication channels to create a positive candidate experience.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and Recruitment team to understand hiring needs and contribute ideas for improving the overall recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
- Strong interest in human resources, talent acquisition, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and sourcing tools is a plus.
