Qualifications
PJT Partners seeks to hire a dynamic individual who is highly motivated, intelligent and a proven self-starter. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a demonstrated ability to write effectively, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following:
Expected annualized base salary of $65,000 to $75,000.
This range represents the low and high ends of the expected annualized base salary for this position. The specific base salary received by any employee will be informed by a number of factors, including but not limited to, role level and scope, location, candidate's relevant qualifications, skills and experience.
Base salary is one component of PJT Partners' compensation structure. In addition to base salary, PJT Partners' compensation structure may include additional rewards, incentives and benefits, including but not limited to, a discretionary bonus component.

Responsibilities

- Support all aspects of the campus recruiting program by providing administrative assistance for Undergraduate and Graduate processes, in addition to Summer and Full-time programs;
- Execute full life cycle of recruitment process - post job descriptions on intranet and external sites, sort resumes, schedule interviews, send calendar invitations, coordinate travel arrangements and collect interviewer feedback;
- Manage recruiting team calendars and coordinate meetings internally with business professionals;
- Track, prepare and process candidate and recruiting team expenses and invoices;
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience with timely communication throughout the recruitment process;
- Help organize and execute campus events and programs on-campus, in the office and virtually.
- Meet and greet students for interviews or events in the office;
- Manage applicant tracking system for multiple processes across all of our businesses;
- Enter and maintain data integrity in all applicable databases and Excel trackers with uncompromising attention to detail;
- Participate in maintenance of campus recruitment budget;
- Support candidate onboarding process and maintain candidate onboarding materials;
- Work closely with the HR team to continually improve recruitment processes and practices;
- Assist with the execution of immigration and visa processes for incoming and current hires.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent;
- At least one year of relevant experience;
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure; problem solve and make adjustments as needed;
- Superb organizations skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently as well as a desire to work in a team environment;
- Demonstration of a high level of integrity and professionalism;
- Willingness to proactively identify issues and recommend solutions;
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and hiring platforms (Workday experience is a plus);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
