https://projectone.uasys.eduSummary of Job Duties:This position functions as the Student Recruiting & Admissions Functional Lead on the Student (STU) Team with Workday Support Services. The Student Recruiting & Admissions Functional Lead will manage and support all configuration related to student recruitment in Workday and student admissions. This position will also manage the STU Business Analyst position to support the configuration/issue resolution and maintenance of these areas.

Duties include, but are not limited to, managing an effective and collaborative team; planning, preparing and executing working groups/focus groups/implementation activities; researching/resolving issues/problems with assigned functional areas within Workday; manage the administration of assigned business processes and setup values; assess change impacts/training/comms needs in support with change team; assess new functionality during releases; support integration and report development/changes/testing; and other duties as assigned.Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The educational equivalent of Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education

  • Three to five years of related experience

  • At least one year of management or project leadership experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in assessing, revising, implementing and supporting business processes

  • Experience with change management related to human capital management ERP systems or other large enterprise system deployments


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of the process being transformed and an understanding of how the process/system integrates with other processes and initiatives

  • Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and task management skills

  • Solid analytical skills

  • Effective management and team skills

  • Ability to make decisions at the project team level and properly escalate those decisions that cannot be resolved on a timely basis

  • Ability to structure work efficiently

  • Ability to provide direction and use interpersonal influences to gain goal alignments with results versus activity-oriented outcomes
