The Lateral Partner Recruiting and Integration Coordinator will assist in the end-to-end process of recruiting and integrating lateral partners, ensuring a seamless transition and successful onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal and project management skills and demonstrated excellence in providing white-glove client service. This role will report to the Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting and Integration and work closely with other members of the Legal Recruiting team. This position is hybrid and based in New York.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the Legal Recruiting team to support the lateral partner recruiting efforts.
- Coordinate meetings and interviews between lateral partner candidates, firm leadership and practice group heads.
- Prepare and distribute relevant materials and documentation to support the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all recruitment activity.
- Serve as a point of contact for relevant inquiries.
- Partner with the Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting and Integration to develop and implement Lateral Partner Integration Plans.
- Coordinate introductions and integration activities with current partnership and key members of the Business Professionals team.
- Monitor and report on progress of the partner integration efforts.
- Offer r ecommendations for the continuous improvement of the recruitment and integration efforts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and firm processes are followed.
- Other projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably within a legal or similar setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
- Excels in a fast paced, white glove service environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems
This is a hybrid role which requires in-office attendance in accordance with the schedule set forth by the department. A hybrid schedule is an essential function of this role.
Salary:
$75,000 - $85,000. Paul, Weiss offers competitive compensation and benefits packages. The firm considers a number of factors when determining compensation, including, but not limited to, education, years of experience, levels of experience, competency levels and other relevant skills and qualifications.
