You are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

  1. Build SAP SuccessFactors technology solutions that transform clients’ Recruiting and Onboarding functions.
  2. Design, set-up, and test prototype and production Recruiting and Onboarding instances and ensure that all integrated platforms work together seamlessly.
  3. Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Recruiting and Onboarding offerings powered by SAP SuccessFactors.
  4. Develop strong relationships with clients, bring leading practice to the conversation and challenge client thinking to ensure the right solution is delivered.
  5. Make the business case for the SAP SuccessFactors technology solution recommended to the client.
  6. Continue to learn and develop your technical SAP SuccessFactors and business expertise.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need:

  1. Minimum of 3 years experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 Modules.
  2. Experience with at least 2 full-life cycle SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding implementations.
  3. Prior experience working in a Consulting/Advisory role.
  4. Certified in Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
  5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.

Role Location: Annual Salary Range:

  • California $63,200 to $188,600
  • Colorado $63,200 to $163,000
  • District of Columbia $67,300 to $173,500
  • New York $58,500 to $188,600
  • Maryland $58,500 to $150,900
  • Washington $67,300 to $173,500
