Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Lead the Charge - Inspire and manage our sales efforts like they’re your favorite band. Set ambitious targets, provide guidance, and ensure they hit the right notes (and quotas).
Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain relationships with clients that are stronger than a double espresso. Understand their needs, and provide solutions that make them say, “Wow, how did we ever survive without you?”
Strategy Development - Craft and implement innovative sales strategies that make our competitors green with envy (and possibly a little afraid).
Sales Training -Equip your team with the tools and techniques to sell like pros. Think of yourself as a sales Yoda: wise, patient, and a little quirky.
Market Analysis -Stay on top of industry trends like a hawk on a caffeine high. Share insights with the team and adjust strategies to keep us ahead of the curve.
Performance Tracking -Monitor team performance, celebrate wins, and analyze areas for improvement. Remember, every “oops” is just a learning opportunity (and a good story).
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in staffing and recruiting (bonus points if you’ve worked with more personalities than a reality TV show).
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (we want to see those trophies!).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—your charm should be as strong as your sales pitch.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends (because reading spreadsheets is also a superpower).
