It entails detailed hands on technical and functional knowledge of workday and tperson domain . Responsibilities:
Workday Talent Acquisition Lead Consultant with experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support on Talent Mgmnt, Recruiting . - A leader with a sense of urgency and strong delivery focus
- Workday certification in Recruiting is a must
- Design, configure and support business requirements in WD Talent management/Recruiting and/or Adaptive planning for AMS model
- Conduct working sessions with clients to analyze business requirements and come up with solutions
- Experience in Business Process setup
- General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas (mandatory Core HCM, Recruitement, Hire to Retire)
- Good understanding of Workday Security
- 3-8 years of programming/development experience preferred
- Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HCM, Payroll and Finance
- Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules
- Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
- 4 Years Workday experience mandatory, of which 1-2 years spent in handling Talent management or Recruiting modules.
- Expert-level experience in developing and maintaining solutions using Workday as a foundation
- Experience in handling discovery sessions with tperson client

Responsibilities:
- Lead tperson Workstream. Be part of design team for future roadmaps
- Support projects execution and governance with tperson customer team.
- Work independently or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in handling Talent Management, Recruiting and Adaptive planning Configurations
- Maintain continuously and support existing integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary
- Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday.
- Ensure tperson productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboards.
- Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns.
- Ability to work with tperson team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
