Required Skills:

Workday Talent Acquisition Lead Consultant with experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support on Talent Mgmnt, Recruiting . It entails detailed hands on technical and functional knowledge of workday and tperson domain . Ability to configure to specs , ability to facilitate requirements sessions as needed and a deep understanding of tperson best practices. Since none of these domains operate in isolation , tperson individuals needs to cross collaborate with otperson related work streams.

  • A leader with a sense of urgency and strong delivery focus
  • Workday certification in Recruiting is a must
  • Design, configure and support business requirements in WD Talent management/Recruiting and/or Adaptive planning for AMS model
  • Conduct working sessions with clients to analyze business requirements and come up with solutions
  • Experience in Business Process setup
  • General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas (mandatory Core HCM, Recruitement, Hire to Retire)
  • Good understanding of Workday Security
  • 3-8 years of programming/development experience preferred
  • Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HCM, Payroll and Finance
  • Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules
  • Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
  • 4 Years Workday experience mandatory, of which 1-2 years spent in handling Talent management or Recruiting modules.
  • Expert-level experience in developing and maintaining solutions using Workday as a foundation
  • Experience in handling discovery sessions with tperson client
Should be strong in tperson two or above Functional areas below and Integrations:

Functional Areas: Core HCMRecruiting/ Talent & Performance management

Good to have:

Integrations: EIB,CCW/CCB/CCTPP/PICOF/PECI, Studio Integrations, Boomerang Integrations, BIRT Reporting

Responsibilities:
  • Lead tperson Workstream. Be part of design team for future roadmaps
  • Support projects execution and governance with tperson customer team.
  • Work independently or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in handling Talent Management, Recruiting and Adaptive planning Configurations
  • Maintain continuously and support existing integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary
  • Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday.
  • Ensure tperson productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboards.
  • Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns.
  • Ability to work with tperson team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
