Addecco is currently seeking a Manufacturing Associate

Pay: $34.00/hr
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shift: 12 PM – 12 AM

Join our team as a Manufacturing Associate and play a vital role in upstream or downstream biologics production for Phase I/II and commercial GMP manufacturing. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are passionate about quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and document processes using SOPs, Batch Production Records (BPRs), and cGMP standards.

  • Generate and revise operational documents, including SOPs, BPRs, deviations, and summary reports.

  • Collaborate with the Process Development and Manufacturing Sciences teams to transfer new projects into GMP production.

  • Lead deviation investigations and ensure timely closure of CAPAs.

  • Troubleshoot and recommend solutions for process and equipment issues; coordinate with Facilities and Validation teams.

  • Support facility expansion and equipment validation efforts.

  • Interact with clients during manufacturing campaigns and oversee the person-in-plant (PIP) as needed.

  • Work cross-functionally with departments to ensure seamless production processes.

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience:

    • High School diploma or GED with 4-7 years of GMP biologics production experience (upstream or downstream).

    • Associate’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or biotech field with 2-4 years of related experience.

    • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or biotech field with 1-3 years of related experience.

  • Knowledge of upstream (fermentation/bioreactor) or downstream (column chromatography, buffer/media skid) processes.

  • Strong documentation and communication skills, with fluency in English.

  • Thorough understanding of cGMP practices and safety procedures.

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted and stand/walk for extended periods.

  • Steel-toe shoes required for this role.

Pay Details: $34.00 per hour
