Job Description
Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with programming skills to lead and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring innovation and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field
Proficiency in SolidWorks, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
Experience with CAM software, preferably Mastercam
Background in machining operations including lathes, mills, EDM, and inspection equipment
Strong understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings, and standards
Minimum of ten (10) years of manufacturing-related experience
Preferred Skills:
Background in painting, coating, welding, assembly, and automation
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the development and refinement of manufacturing processes
Design workflows and production cells to maximize quality and resource efficiency
Develop, construct, and validate tooling, fixturing, gaging, and manufacturing equipment
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as AS9100
Drive continuous improvement utilizing six sigma techniques
Pay Details: $55.00 to $58.00 per hour
