We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to enhance our production processes and ensure optimal efficiency and quality in product manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes by applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
- Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with production teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical problems related to manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Design and implement robust quality control measures to ensure products meet required specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products and modifications.
- Maintain documentation and records of production processes, modifications, and improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve manufacturing operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, LEAN principles, and quality control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
