Key responsibilities include:


  1. Lead and execute continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
  2. Analyze and evaluate production data to identify areas for process optimization, equipment performance improvements, and cost reduction.
  3. Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to improve product quality, reduce cycle times, and minimize downtime.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, quality control, and maintenance to ensure the seamless execution of CI projects.
  5. Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve product flow, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance overall production capacity.
  6. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for equipment failures, process deviations, and quality issues.
  7. Support the introduction of new products by developing efficient manufacturing processes, including defining required equipment and processes.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, while continuously tracking performance improvements.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
