Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and execute continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Analyze and evaluate production data to identify areas for process optimization, equipment performance improvements, and cost reduction.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to improve product quality, reduce cycle times, and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, quality control, and maintenance to ensure the seamless execution of CI projects.
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve product flow, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance overall production capacity.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for equipment failures, process deviations, and quality issues.
- Support the introduction of new products by developing efficient manufacturing processes, including defining required equipment and processes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, while continuously tracking performance improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
