Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide Manufacturing Execution support throughout our manufacturing facility, collaborating closely with onsite resources and diverse teams to complete First Article Inspections (FAIRs) and optimize production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support all onsite manufacturing functions, focusing on FAIRs and process optimization.

* Work with Rolls Royce teams to structure, manage, and enhance Manufacturing Execution in line with facility goals.

* Ensure adherence to quality standards and process efficiency through hands-on work in the production environment.

Desired Qualifications:

* Knowledge of FAIRs: Hands-on experience in the aerospace industry, with a deep understanding of First Article Inspections.

* Technical Skills: Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of design for manufacturing concepts, materials mechanics, and structural design.

* Experience: Familiarity with Computer-Aided Process Planning (CAPP) software's, ideally MultiCAPP and TC CAPP; experience creating and modifying illustration sheets.

* Education: BS in Engineering

* Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in MS Office required.

Preferred Attributes:

* Extensive understanding of product engineering concepts, with analytical reasoning and the ability to communicate technical information effectively across teams.
