Your Role

We are hiring an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to implement, maintain, and operate required pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and systems, ensuring cGMP compliance.

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes. Conduct safety inspections, ensuring GMP compliance.
  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and enhance product quality.
  • Assist in the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide on-the-floor manufacturing support, operating a range of required machinery and equipment (filling, packaging, etc.).
  • Support deviation and CAPA investigations, revising procedures as needed, and implementing required process improvements.
  • Conduct quality batch record and change control documentation review.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure optimized and efficient production with limited downtime.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and records (standard operating procedures, reports, equipment logs, batch records, change records, etc.)
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
  • Additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related engineering discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering/technician role within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
  • Hands-on experience operating pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery, equipment, and systems (filling, packaging, etc.)
  • Understanding of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
  • Experienced in cleanroom environments.
  • Experienced with required technical documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
