We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to design, document, evaluate, and support both existing and new manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production throughput and high-quality standards. This role involves establishing effective manufacturing processes, creating work instructions, conducting Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and developing process control plans.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement testing methods and validate finished goods to meet established standards and requirements.

* Lead initiatives using Design of Experiments (DOE) methodology and other process improvement tools.

* Identify root causes of failures through statistical analysis and recommend design, tolerance, or process modifications.

* Apply lean principles to analyze and enhance material flow and layout, optimizing production efficiency, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness while eliminating waste.

* Support ongoing production programs to minimize equipment downtime, maximize resource productivity, and improve quality.

* Serve as a technical advisor for internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and various internal departments.

* Prepare processes, drawings, and develop tools to enhance manufacturing processes and improve production throughput.

* Actively assist production personnel in the setup and debugging of new applications.

* Maintain thorough knowledge of validation principles, manufacturing processes, quality systems, and engineering design fundamentals.

* Possess technical expertise in reading blueprints, schematics, electrical/engineering drawings, and diagrams.

* Demonstrate aptitude in electrical and automation programming.

* Plan, coordinate, and execute manufacturing engineering tasks.

* Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovative solution capabilities.

* Be resourceful, thorough, and decisive in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

* Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.

* Proficiency in using statistical analysis tools and methodologies, including DOE and FMEA.

* Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques.

* Strong technical skills in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.

* Knowledge of electrical and automation programming.

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

* Detail-oriented and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
