We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer in Franklin MA to support our first-shift operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving production equipment, tools, and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities:
•Equipment Maintenance: Perform maintenance and repairs on manual and power lifts as needed to support production.
•Workstation Optimization: Maintain, repair, and convert metro racks and workstations based on production requests.
•Tool Calibration: Facilitate quarterly hand tool calibrations by collecting, validating, and uploading details into the calibration database.
•Printer Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance of manufacturing printers to ensure consistent performance.
•Process Improvement: Update and improve manufacturing procedures to align with production goals and quality standards.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
•3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or maintenance role.
•Hands-on experience with lift equipment, workstations, and tool calibration.
•Proficient in using and maintaining calibration databases.
•Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing production equipment.
•Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and process documentation.
•Excellent organizational and communication skills.
