Machine Operators: Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery efficiently and safely. Set up machines according to production specifications. Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent malfunctions. Ensure that the final product meets quality standards. Maintenance Technicians: Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems as needed. Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce the likelihood of equipment breakdowns. Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance tasks without disrupting operations. Maintain accurate maintenance records and order replacement parts as needed. Press Operators: Set up and operate press machines used in manufacturing. Adjust machine settings to meet specific production requirements. Monitor the press during operation to ensure proper functioning. Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Conduct routine maintenance on the press to prevent malfunctions. Process Technicians: Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production process, such as injection molding or extrusion machines. Perform setup and calibration of machines to ensure they run efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during production. Collaborate with engineers to optimize machine performance and improve production processes. Maintain detailed records of machine settings, production output, and any issues encountered. Textile Machine Operators: Set up and operate textile manufacturing machinery. Monitor the production process to ensure machines are running smoothly. Load raw materials into machines and monitor supply levels. Inspect textiles during production for defects and ensure consistent quality. Perform basic machine maintenance and report any malfunctions. Injection Molding Technician Operate and monitor injection molding machines to produce plastic components. Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency and product quality. Inspect molded parts for defects and make adjustments as needed. Perform maintenance tasks to keep machines in good working order. Work closely with engineers to develop and implement new molding processes. Packaging Specialist Assemble and prepare products for shipment according to customer specifications. Ensure that all packaging materials are available and in good condition. Operate packaging machinery and ensure proper functioning. Label packages with accurate shipping information. Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are highly valued. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs repetitively over an 8-12 hour shift. Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb stairs as needed. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in all tasks. Reliability: Dependable with solid attendance record and reliable transportation.
