International Concepts currently seeks a PT Custodian to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Must have valid ID and pass background check. Experience helpful but will be trained to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
