Perform routine and periodic maintenance functions including, but not limited to, empty all trash receptacles and replace liners, vacuum all carpeted areas, sweep and damp mop non-carpeted floors, dust building ledges, uncluttered work surfaces, furniture surfaces, and fixtures, clean elevator cars and stairways, and clean and disinfect restrooms.
