Connect Staffing is hiring: Forklift Operator in Riverside

Connect Staffing is actively recruiting skilled candidates for Forklift Drivers with experience operating Stand-up forklifts, Cherry Pickers, and Clamp Trucks for facilities located in Riverside, CA and surrounding cities.

Schedule:2nd shift

Pay Range:$19.50 - $20.50 per hour (based on position availability)

Requirements:

• Must have 6 months of recent work history within the last year.
• Must pass background, drug screen, and E-Verify
• Previous experience operating stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and/or clamp trucks in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Valid forklift certification a plus!
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience is roles such as Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, Shipping and Receiving Clerk, Production worker a big plus!

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and clamp trucks to transport materials within the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments from trucks and containers, ensuring safe handling of goods.
• Organize and store products in designated locations, following inventory management procedures.
• Perform regular checks on forklift equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area by following all warehouse safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and shipping deadlines.
