Your Responsibilities

• Welding Inspections: Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections of welded materials to ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and industry codes.
• Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document and report all inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions, ensuring that records meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Verify the implementation and adherence to welding procedures and ensure that welding processes meet project specifications and safety standards.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with project managers, welders, and other key personnel to address any welding-related issues, provide technical support, and contribute to the successful completion of projects.
• Safety Oversight: Monitor welding operations to ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior welders and staff, ensuring proper techniques and standards are followed across the production process.
